  read under oversized (text: "too large to read here"), with its reference to open by memo notes show.

Fixed

• memo projects evidence no longer stalls on large documents. A large document no longer leaves its search
  read-limited, with every --cursor continuation retrying the same page and charging the read budget again. Needs @wirecat/cli-core 0.367.0.
• memo projects actions confirm accepts the findings whose own cited text is unchanged, even when another
  finding in the batch cites a changed text; before, the whole batch had to be staged again.
• Guides describe incomplete search results and local record/file export effects without promising
  complete retrieval or unchanged files.
• Guides explain gathering project evidence, reviewing proposed facts and follow-ups, and the
  agent_decisions setting, with the separate review path for meeting transcript findings.
