Changed — may break callers
A date you type covers your whole local day, and a time without a zone is read in your computer's zone. mail inspect, mail trash, mail rules apply and sync--since-time, and projects gather --since-time, read 2026-09-01 as midnight UTC and 2026-09-01T10:00 in whatever zone the process ran in. They now start at local
midnight of the computer's zone (cli-core 0.379.0, cli-base WC-TIME-3/WC-TIME-5). What to watch for: a window
given as a date alone now starts a few hours earlier or later than before, by your offset from UTC.
reminders add --timezone defaults to the computer's zone, not UTC. The reminder's time is unchanged; only the
zone kept with it is.
A mail rule's decided_at without a zone is read in the computer's zone when rules are imported; a date alone
was UTC midnight.
cli-core 0.379.0 and cli-base 0.48.0; the shared CI runs the tests in Asia/Vladivostok.
