• The first command at a terminal asks three questions once for every WireCat tool (cli-core 0.404.0): which
  languages you write and speak, which other WireCat tools to install, and whether commands and agents may only read.
  Answered in any tool, they hold in all of them; "read only" stops every memo change, as MEMO_READ_ONLY does.
  tg setup, max setup or wa setup asks again. Agents, --json, --no-input, CI and MEMO_READ_ONLY are
  never asked.

Fixed

• The introduction shows the current notes-search output and names all six WireCat tools. The example
  uses fictional notes and explains the diagnostic when the local meaning model is missing.
