• Commands use cli-core 0.406.0's canonical names, with no aliases. tasks plan is now part of
  tasks update: one command sets the title and description of any task, --due and --remind-time, priority
  and parent for a project task, and category and assignee for a task from a source, which names its --account.
  tasks update is refused under MEMO_READ_ONLY, so a read-only agent no longer sets due dates or categories.
  models text download is models download. The MCP tools follow: tasks_plan and models_text_download are
  gone. Shared commands use cli-core's new names, and a saved permission key with an old path, such as
  tasks.plan, stops with configuration_error naming its replacement.
