Changed — may break callers

• The skeleton runs on cli-core 0.426.0. A --dry-run preview says effects.service_contacted: false and no
  longer has effects.messenger_contacted. MCP no longer offers a command group that only prints its help, such as
  config; config show, set and unset stay. The example in the MCP read and write tools is runs list, a
  command that runs as written. The first screen says zm and drive are searchable with your other WireCat data.
• doctor takes no profile. Its usage line and examples are clidev doctor and clidev doctor --json; a profile
  typed before it still works. A CLI started from an older template copies src/commands/doctor.ts and
  src/mcp.ts.

Added

• bin/release --local reads the npm token from the keyring (secret-tool, service npm, account leemour), as
  the other WireCat CLIs do, when NPM_TOKEN is not exported. Without either it uses your npm login. The token is
  never printed. A CLI made from the template gets this with upgrade.

Fixed

• A merge to main no longer cancels the validation of the merge before it. Each merged commit is now checked in
  turn. A CLI made from the template gets this with upgrade.
