Changed — may break callers

• Lists take a query, not filter flags. The store or the method table applies it; nothing is filtered after
  reading. The old flags are refused.
  • facts list DOC_ID --type decision --status proposed → facts list DOC_ID kind:decision status:proposed
  • memories list DOC_ID --scope work --kind preference → memories list DOC_ID scope:work kind:preference;
    status: is new.
  • memories search DOC_ID budget --scope work → memories search DOC_ID budget scope:work. The scope is now
    optional: without it both personal and work memories are searched.
  • api list --service docs → api list service:docs.
  • The MCP tools take the same terms as one query string; catalog list and catalog search too, which took
    a list of words.
• Facts and memories answer with the shared fact and memory fields, in every command that returns them and
  in documents context: a fact's type is kind, its statement is text, its source is origin; a
  memory's body is text. --json=kind,text selects them.
