• files upload <path> [--parent ID] [--name NAME] uploads a local file of any size with Google's resumable
  upload, in 8 MiB chunks. An interrupted upload continues from the byte Google holds on the next run; the session
  waits in the profile's state folder (uploads/, mode 600) for up to a week. The answer carries the file id, size
  and MD5, and drive refuses the upload when Google's MD5 differs from the local file's. It is a write: profile
  policy, --dry-run and --read-only apply.
