Commands start about 0.2 s sooner: the package runs from a bundle. A command loaded about 1,110 module files
before doing any work; it now loads about 55 that hold the same code. tg messages list --help went from 389 to
192 ms, and from 534 to 272 ms on the first run after an install or a reboot. A command that connects still loads
Telegram's client library as before. Output is unchanged. The package is larger: 3.0 MB to download instead of
0.5 MB, 16 MB on disk instead of 4 MB. A running tg serve, watch or MCP server loads all of its code a few
seconds after it starts, so upgrading tg under it does not leave it unable to find a file it had not used yet.
Tg's agent skill publishes to ClawHub as tg-cli again. ClawHub keeps skill names per publisher, so wirecat/tg-cli is tg's own name even though another publisher has a tg-cli too, and every WireCat tool's skill
now uses its plain name. tg skill install still writes skills/tg-cli/.
