Changed — may break callers
An MCP server serves only the profiles you name.tg mcp serve with no profile now refuses (exit 2) and lists
your profiles. Name one (tg work mcp serve), a list (tg mcp serve --profiles work, personal) or every profile
(tg mcp serve --profiles all); the line on stderr at start names the profiles served. The same choice applies to --http, mcp revoke, mcp config and mcp server start|stop|status. An app entry that runs tg mcp serve with
no profile stops working: print it again with tg mcp config --profiles all, or name a profile. A background
server of every profile started by an older tg is stopped by tg upgrade; start it again with tg mcp server start --profiles all. The MCP Registry entry now runs tg mcp serve --profiles all (cli-core
0.470.0).
Added
Every message tg prints has sender_is_me, true for a message you sent, in messages list, show, context, search windows and inbox (cli-core 0.473.0).
tg runs show keeps the network's error code of a failed run (error.cause_code, such as ETIMEDOUT), never
the server's text (cli-core 0.473.0).
Fixed
--offline --transcribe says which voice messages it did not transcribe. They are in missing, with the tg <profile> messages transcribe <chat> <id> command to run (cli-core 0.473.0).
Each MCP tool call has its own run_id in its answer and in tg runs (cli-core 0.471.0).
