What's new

• Tasks that may be one job (cli-core 0.285.0): tasks similar <task> scores the tasks that may be the same
  job; tasks duplicates [--unsure] lists the pairs the rules found, tasks merge <task> --into <other> joins them
  and tasks unmerge undoes it; tasks duplicates reject|unsure decides a pair. tasks agenda takes --category
  and --tag, and config set task_categories.<name> edits the category list for the whole store.
• Mentions (cli-core 0.285.0): mentions domains lists the sites links point to; mentions list --new shows
  what was found since the last look; mentions confirm|reject <id> --all-in-chat decides a name in the whole chat;
  a t.me link names its chat or person. config set phone_countries es,ru reads numbers written without +.
• Store version 16: the mention rules also read the text of notes and stored documents, and one mentions rebuild
  reads the ones stored before; mentions list still lists mentions in messages only. The upgrade adds triggers
  only, so an older tg still opens the store.

Changed — may break scripts

• tasks add refuses a task that may be the same job as an open task, or one closed in the last 14 days
  (cli-core 0.285.0): exit 2, reason task.duplicate-candidates, with the candidates in details.candidates.
  Repeat with --attach <task> to link the message to that task, or --new to open it anyway; the same holds
  for tasks add over MCP.
• phone: and value: also match a stored number that ends with the typed number's national digits (8 or
  more; cli-core 0.285.0), so a number saved before phone_countries is found either way. A Russian landline
  written in groups, (812) 000-00-01, is now stored as +78120000001, not the bare digits.
• tg no longer searches mail (cli-core 0.285.0, cli-core#1121): tg search mail and the MCP search_mail are
  gone, and search all reads messages and notes but never mail; --only mail is refused. tg search mail …
  answers mail is memo's: install @wirecat/cli-memo, then `memo search mail …` . search notes, tasks, notes
  and tags stay.

Fixed

• A title with Cyrillic capitals is found by a lowercase query (cli-core 0.285.0).
• A hostile HTML attachment no longer stalls the reader (cli-core 0.285.0): a page of unclosed tags or comments
  is read in time linear in its size.
