Fixed

• setup's login step is headed "Link this device" and no longer asks you to scan a QR code before one is
  drawn. The line under the code says where to scan; a narrow terminal shows only the hint to widen it.
• A terminal too narrow for the QR code no longer asks you to scan it (cli-core 0.350.0). session start and
  setup said where to scan in Telegram before the code; when the code did not fit, only the hint to widen the
  terminal or pass --qr-file followed. Now the scan line comes after the drawn code or the --qr-file note, and a
  narrow terminal shows only the hint.
• tg <profile> setup --help shows the Global Options block again. 0.74.0 dropped it when the usage line gained
  <profile>.
• Hints in errors and notes name the profile: "the store is behind this build — tg personal store migrate"
  instead of tg store migrate, which failed with "name a profile" when copied.

Added

• A next step in --json output and in an error carries line, the whole command to type with the profile
  (cli-core 0.348.0): "line": "tg personal mcp config" beside "command": "mcp config". A copied command alone
  failed with "name a profile". command is unchanged, and MCP answers leave line out.
