tg <profile> contacts prepare <person>: what to know before talking to someone (cli-core 0.394.0). What contacts context gives, plus the one-to-one chats where their message is the newest the store holds, open tasks
assigned to them, accepted facts about them and their projects, your notes about them, and their recent meetings —
each with its reference, under one size budget, with prepare.coverage saying what each section left out and why.
Tasks of another Telegram account, and facts on a project bound to one, stay out. contacts.notes.list: deny
leaves the notes out and says so; messages: deny refuses the command, as it does contacts context.
Message search reads "a b"~N: the words at most N words apart in one message (cli-core 0.391.0).
bot watch --public-url <url> [--port <n>] receives a bot's updates by webhook (cli-core 0.391.0).
Changed — may break callers
Reads never mark chats read (cli-core 0.391.0). messages list, inbox and review no longer take --mark-read or --no-mark-read, and the catch_up_marks_read setting is refused. Why: a command that only read
sent the other person a read receipt. What to do: remove catch_up_marks_read; run tg <profile> chats mark-read <chat> when you mean to mark a chat read.
An unknown key under permissions refuses messenger commands with configuration_error (cli-core 0.391.0),
typos such as messages.sedn included. It was a warning, and the restriction did not hold. What to do: correct the
key or remove it with config unset.
Fixed
A local read with an unknown profile lists the profiles on this computer (cli-core 0.391.0), instead of
suggesting to link a new account.
