Fixed

  • The MCP guides describe permission-keyed writes and the separate opt-in for raw Bot API calls.
  • The catch-up scenario uses chats mark-read as a separate command. Installation guidance explains
    how to recover when pnpm's global bin directory is missing from PATH.
  • Permission-denied commands remain discoverable in CLI help and MCP with current availability, reasons and permission keys. Bot configuration stays bot-scoped, and calls still enforce current permissions.
  • chats members check --help gives tg's description again: what --deep reads and that it sends ids to the
    public ban lists. Since 0.86.0 it showed the shared wording, which leaves both out.
