• tg <bot> bot store fetch is now tg <bot> bot messages sync, and the bot store group is gone. It reads a channel's or supergroup's older messages into the bot's local copy, which is what the personal messages sync does, so it carries the same name; store is for the local database. The options are unchanged. The old path answers with a pointer to the new one. A saved permissions.bot.store.fetch is refused until you rename it to permissions.bot.messages.sync.
