• Shared standards now use cli-base 0.33.0 and cli-core 0.288.0. meetings link --source <accounts>
  replaces --target-accounts for explicit additional numeric store accounts used in person lookup.
  Update scripts to use --source; the retired spelling has no alias. Command lint's baseline shrinks
  from 27 findings to 26, with no new exceptions.

Fixed

• Storage documentation reflects cli-core 0.286.0 and later: opening wirecat.db preserves legacy
  messages.db files and their sidecars. Legacy-file retention is a separate maintenance action.
