• Adopt Core 0.299.0 and Base 0.40.0 in one shared Base identity. Command discovery declares
  watch/MCP as persistent and login as interactive; deadlines read this shared metadata while
  retaining the existing bounded-command defaults and explicit timeout override.

Fixed

• Recording partial files use Core's shared native persistence adapter while retaining existing
  names, checkpoint bytes, resume defaults and Zoom cancellation errors. A final-sync cancellation
  cannot return a completion receipt. Other meeting providers can use the same adapter.
• Agent archive guidance now describes verified range resume and safe restart accurately.
• Release scripts report observed lock holders separately from stale release labels. Shared
  diagnostics no longer attribute a live lock to a previous run; wait for the holders to finish, then
  retry.
