- Checkpoint leases keep the published
.lock/owner.json protocol and stale-local recovery so older and newer writers cannot hold the same checkpoint concurrently. Shared atomic checkpoint writes retain the new cleanup and symlink-folder fixes.
Added
meetings prepare --project <name-key-or-alias> and MCP project add cited word matches for one existing project, including unlinked meetings in the selected profile/history window. Up to four bounded name pages retain unconfirmed status, index coverage and continuation; matches never assign project membership.

- Library hosts upgrading from 0.22.0 supply person lookup methods under
people when calling createMeetingContextCapabilities. This follows the Core store-area adoption introduced in 0.22.1; the command interface and selected-account rules are unchanged.
