Added

  • meetings prepare can include cited literal matches from explicitly configured message, mail and document sources. Profile-local selections, captured MCP source IDs, bounded pages and retained coverage keep scope and gaps visible; preparation opens the existing store read-only.

Changed — may break callers

  • Preparation opens an existing compatible shared store read-only and refuses missing or old schemas. Upgrade the shared store through a normal stored-meeting read before retrying. Custom store connectors receive preparation intent and optional captured source context; preserve that read-only policy and close the connection on every exit.

Fixed

  • Publishing can wait for the shared writer lock with WIRECAT_RELEASE_WAIT_SECONDS; the default still refuses an occupied lock immediately.
  • Adopt compatible registry Core 0.332.0 and Base 0.43.2 for shared bounded meeting-context contracts, read-only store opening and registered communications flag roles. Use one shared Base runtime identity. Core’s portable mail bindings keep selected-source preparation working on supported Node 22.16; Zoom explicitly enables the shared communications CLI and MCP capability.
