• meetings projects scan <ref> suggests existing projects from bounded stored title/transcript evidence. Citations, ambiguity and separate evidence/output coverage remain visible; it opens the selected account read-only and saves no links. MCP exposes meeting_project_candidates only with serve --mcp --meeting-project-candidates.
• The SDK exports createZoomSeriesInventoryReader for one bounded scheduled-meeting page, reusing Core’s account/window-bound discovery contract. It retains past recurring date hints, bounds HTTP bytes before parsing and discards join links; choosing an exact series still requires the existing upcoming proof. CLI/MCP inventory exposure is separate future work.

Command discovery can include runnable for groups and offline: false for commands that need network access; strict discovery clients must accept those optional fields. Every executable command declares its effects under the shared standards.
