  • Adopt published Core 0.342.0 and Base 0.45.0 as one runtime identity. Base moved its lint, audit and vocabulary
    tables from @wirecat/cli-base/standards to @wirecat/cli-base/standards/tables; an SDK consumer that imports those
    tables, or pins Core or Base beside zoom, moves to these versions together. Command effects and output are unchanged.
