Changed — may break callers

  • zm session start works without a terminal, so an agent can pass the login URL on. It refused when stdin was
    not a terminal, and piped or --json login needed --interactive. Now it prints Open this URL to approve Zoom login: and the URL on stderr, even with --quiet, and waits for the browser callback; only the paste fallback
    needs a terminal. --no-input and CI still refuse it. --interactive is removed: it did nothing else.
