• The pull-request record carries intent, standing and the observations. Each decision line on the pull request now says which observations the finding rested on (cites obs_…) and what this repository's record said about the finding before the commit (record before this: …), the card's own sentence. The description block a squash commit inherits gains Gitvow-Intent lines, the task in the person's words, and Gitvow-Cites lines pairing a finding with its observation refs; neither is a decision trailer, so the trailer grammar never reads them as one.
