The reopen condition fires. The store's projection now compares the deployed commit each observation was made under with the newest one it knows for the service; an observation under an older commit comes to the brief marked reopened with the deploy that did it, and the gate does not act on it until the provider observes again. Until now the condition was written on every observation and nothing read it.
Long transcripts travel in parts.gitvow sessions export splits a transcript over 32 MB at line ends into <session>.transcript-NNN.jsonl parts, numbered, that concatenate back byte for byte; the store serves and redacts each part on its own and one deletion takes them all. A session was previously refused whole once its transcript passed the store's per-request limit.
The intent travels in the record bundle.sessions.jsonl rows (consented) carry the session's intent as the note holds it, text, by and source; decisions.jsonl rows carry intent_covered and the observation refs. The ledger said the bundle did not carry the intent line; now it does, under the sessions class, which is off by default.
