Fixed issue with removing flags/groups
Fixed issue with css_vip, from now will show only 1 group the one that is with hight priority.
Fixed issue with css_vp_reloadservice, now it ensuring it remove groups/flags as it have to.
Added rgb color for smokes, valid format "1,1,1" but not 1,1,1!

The plugin will remove all flags by given from the plugin. So if you have different plugin like Store Plugin to give flags, and those flags match the flags given from the plugin they will be removed.
