This is the first release of MocoTrackQt. It is designed to make using OpenSim MOCO a little easier by packaging up the code required for experimental marker tracking. It has been written specifically for the Japanese macaque project but it may well be more generally useful. It builds using the OpenSim 4.5 SDK and the installer is standalone and does not require OpenSim to be installed - useful if you are using GaitSym5 as your model generator and visualiser. The only binary currently is a Windows installer but building from source should be straightforward using Qt6. The code consists of a command line program that does all the solving, and a GUI that provides batch capabilities so you can do parameter sweeps. It seems to work pretty well and save having to mess with Anaconda to get the Python version working.
