1.19 was auto-updated to 1.19.8 in #988 but 1.20 didn't have
updateconfigured. Also note the same CVEs fixed in 1.19.8 -- fixes noted here: https://github.com/golang/go/issues?q=milestone%3AGo1.19.8+label%3ACherryPickApproved+Also do the same for the FIPS flavors
