Consider the package deprecation

In woocommerce/woocommerce#56203, WooCommerce core drops the dependency on this package, and given that the last release on https://www.npmjs.com/package/@woocommerce/woocommerce-rest-api was 6 years ago, the package deprecation might be considered.
