  • chore: Fix npm publish failures in support (#4218) (@alanbsmith, @cursoragent)
    Release and canary CI on support now recover from partial npm publishes caused by Sigstore transparency-log 409s during trusted publishing. A new complete-unpublished workflow dispatch option can finish missing packages without bumping versions.
