Robot menu item does not work after changing tabs using the tab component.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a project if necessary.
2. Notice that Robot is the current tab.
3. Click on the tab for Teleop.
4. In the menu, expand Explorer and click on Robot.
   Expected behavior - the Robot tab becomes the current tab.
   Actual behavior - the Teleop tab is still the current tab.
