This PR adds a VSCode-like status bar that allows to track current build progress, errors count and simplify environment selection.
General status bar look
Loading state
Build state message is currently replaced by generic
Loading...because currently the same state property is used to track snippets load state.New environment selection
Now, users can select Go execution environment straight from status bar, by clicking at
{}button with current environment name.
