[Bug] Maps API fails with ActivityNotFound

Summary

If Google Play Services are not installed, Maps.OpenAsync fails with

android.content.ActivityNotFoundException: No Activity found to handle Intent { act=android.intent.action.VIEW dat=geo:<..>

It would be great to have either

• API to check Google Play Services availability
• Don't fail and return status in Maps.OpenAsync

Intended Use Case

Using Maps API on devices without Google Play Services

This is expected if you don't have an app that can handle it then it would fail. You should catch the exception and report that back to the user. It would be very rare that there isn't a map app.
