What's Changed

Reverted: --tenant on function run

Removes the -t/--tenant flag added in 1.3.1. Its tenant-scoped route does not exist yet, so every tenant run failed with 404 Unable to locate request. (#70)

Apart from the version number, this release is the same code as 1.3.0. 1.3.3 adds --tenant back in a way that works.
