  • workers: remove manual pause and preserve deployment transport (#51)

    Migration: remove whole-project workers retention pause and keep-paused calls from scripts. System financial protection remains automatic; after funding, explicitly use workers retention resume. Schedule pause/resume and Queue consumer controls remain available outside financial retention. See the lifecycle guide.

  • cli: correct Action discovery and bundled skill workflows (#57) (d257169)
    • Single Action schema queries preserve bare root IDs and endpoint UUIDs, and use batch lookup to avoid collection-route collisions. Missing IDs return an error; literal /root remains a distinct Action.
    • Bundled skills explain typed Decisions requests, model discovery and DYNAMIC settlement; HTTP/2 configuration and transport boundaries; and BlockPI/Aptos JSON and BCS workflows. These guides do not add gRPC support or native CLI BCS request uploads.
