Store sensible creation_host and creation_time everywhere

xenvm lvdisplay: use the same formatting as regular LVM

[ERROR] Bad checksum for
        /home/travis/.opam/packages.dev/cppo.1.1.2/cppo-1.1.2.tar.gz:

          - 92e0128f0a869e9cbb519f232b5a1e5d [actual result]
        This may be fixed by running `opam update`.
