Hi!

Using this macro I get the following error:

It's an assembly of components where all components reference the first (they're the same part, just different thicknesses). As far as I know all the components are modelled the same, which is strange as if I open individual files the macro runs fine on some but not others.

I've resolved the issue. Due to my boss extrudes being midplane the extrude on the thicker parts overtakes the base flange feature. By changing the feature to "Offset from surface" and keeping the original sheet metal part in tact it now functions correctly.
