The Termdeck thin agent as shipped to connected machines.

What it does: dials out to termdeck.io over a reverse WebSocket (no inbound port), watches your transcript roots, and spawns your Claude Code / Codex CLI / Grok binaries on request.

In this release

• Session settings sidecar — the thinking dial lives on the machine, so a master restart no longer erases it.
• Shared index parse (index-head.js) — the index asks a question instead of streaming 124 MB of transcripts to learn 200 titles.
• Checkpoint restore over the tunnel: ids in, never paths.
• Dead-link watchdog — 75s of inbound silence on an open socket forces a redial.
• Log redaction: the token is stripped on the way in, nothing served is ever logged.
