Underlying additions to the XL Deploy Client. Will not add tasks.

  • Allows get_all_package_version to recurse through directories (but by default retains original behaviour of not recursing)
  • Remove CI now does an existence check on the Environment to make sure it's there in the first place.
  • get-ci function defaults to xml, so you don't have to pass an "accept" argument
  • get_environment_delta function allows you to compare two Environments
