Hide Xbox Live button until supported or rename to Online

Xbox Live button crashes the game. Could be worth just hiding it for the meantime until it's working.

Or if working in the next release, maybe rename to Online or System Link depending on what feature is available.

Agreed that the menu should not lead you into a feature that does not work. Xbox Live is not supported in the current release, and renaming it “Online” would still imply that it is usable. Hiding or disabling the entry is a sensible option.

For the meantime, I think hide is a good option until it's available.

xrevive is now working online, not sure how possible it'd be to implement for yourself but thought I'd make you aware if you already aren't.

Will have a look into that one for sure. Next week if the further perf optimisation is complete i'll check the online options.
