Changes

  • Y9S2 Heated Metal asks for Unstable.7z before downloading, verifying and switching, and checks the file right after selecting it
  • When Windows Security has removed Heated Metal files, the Launcher shows how to add an antivirus exclusion and restores them with Verify
  • The Liberator page shows the status as an icon next to the Liberator switch, and the sidebar shows when the Liberator is loading
  • The Liberator no longer starts alongside Heated Metal or Vulkan
  • The Info tab shows the in-game events of each season, and the highlights of all seasons have been reworked
  • The Heated Metal Info tab lists the requirements of the season
  • Shears can remove the events of Y5S2 Steel Wave and later seasons
  • The Settings tabs are now called General and Appearance, and removing a library no longer asks for confirmation
  • Home shows the Download and Add library buttons while no season is installed

Linux

  • Cheat Engine is now set up with the Cheat Engine switch under Proton in the Manage tab of a season
  • The Proton prefix of a season can be removed under Proton in the Manage tab
  • Proton versions installed system-wide or listed in STEAM_EXTRA_COMPAT_TOOLS_PATHS are now found, and each version is only listed once
  • Proton versions of the Flatpak and Snap versions of Steam are no longer listed
  • Fixed Radmin VPN startup errors only appearing after opening the Settings
  • Fixed the Default chip missing for a Proton version installed while the Launcher was running
  • Fixed the Liberator is missing message mentioning Windows Security
