What's new in 0.15.8

  • Recover from transient Apple stapling failures. After notarization succeeds, app, DMG, and package ticket stapling now retries bounded connection-loss failures without submitting the artifact to Apple a second time.
  • Fail fast on permanent release errors. Stapler failures outside the known NSURLErrorDomain -1005 transport fault still stop immediately, while repeated transient failures stop after four attempts.
  • Prove the release gate can fail. Deterministic CI fixtures cover immediate success, transient recovery, retry exhaustion, permanent errors, and failed notarization submissions without contacting Apple.
