What's new in 0.7.5

  • Apple's own apps are left out of Alerts by default. macOS contacts Apple constantly — updates, iCloud, push, time — on hosts and ports that are new the first time they appear, and listing all of it buried the one line worth reading. Settings › Alerts turns it back on.
  • It decides what is listed, not what is allowed. The traffic is still recorded, still shown in Live, Reports and Ask, and still subject to every rule, guardrail and allowlist.

Install

Signed with Developer ID and notarized by Apple.

  • brew install --cask xinbetween/tap/flowlight
  • Flowlight.dmg — drag to Applications.
  • Flowlight-0.7.5.pkg — installs to /Applications; offers to quit a running copy first.

macOS 15 or later, Apple silicon and Intel.
