• t on a run card opens a live transcript of the run, turn by turn: what the agent thinks and says, each tool it runs with the file, command or pattern, and the replies it gets; the pull request thread moves to [ and ].

• The agent's text and thoughts are recorded every second while it streams, so long answers show up on the run card as they are written.
