@xmranonp xmranonp released this 22 Oct 22:42

A maintenance release: clearer answers when messages wait, and a dependency update.

What's new:

  • Why a message is waiting: when messages to someone show ⏳, the network panel's Status tab now says why — address not found on the network, introduction failed or timed out, their app busy or its inbox full — and says "delivered after N tries" once they get through. The address is shortened, and these lines are kept in memory only.
  • Introduction points: the Service line now shows how many are in place (normally 6: three for each of the two descriptors the network keeps for your address). "Published, no introduction points" now appears only when none are, meaning nobody can reach you at that moment.

Fixes:

  • About: the project link now points to this repository.
  • Dependencies: follow-redirects 1.16.1

Install:

  • Linux: .deb (Debian, Ubuntu, Mint), .pacman (Arch), .rpm (Fedora, openSUSE)
  • Windows: .exe (unsigned; see the FAQ if Windows blocks it)

Installing over 1.0.0 keeps your address, contacts and messages.
