Changed defaults

The context token alert now shows 🔥 and the spend spike 📈 (both were ⚠️), so the icon tells you which alert fired. To keep the old look, set alert_icon = "⚠️ " under [tokens] and spike_icon = "⚠️ " under [session_cost] in ~/.copilot/powerline.toml.
