环境PHP>=5.3/MYSQL 本程序由ICECMS修改而成，遂取名icecms-R，R可能是ReCreate吧 0.0
本程序自由开源，供学习用途（因为现在只是勉强能使用，而且“相对稳定”，仍不建议大家用于重要/商业用途）
本人不精通，甚至算不上接触PHP！所以不能提供过多的技术支持，有相关专业者可向我提交代码，在Readme页面上会永久留下您的名字。
本项目不定期更新，这个版本是修订无数次之后发出的，原项目有很多问题，一一整合、修复。
安装可以 您的域名/install
然后填写您的数据库相关信息，如果您数据库端口不是3306，那么恭喜您中奖了，请在config.php手动修改并导入sql。
前后台用户名密码均为admin 12345678，若需要修改，可在数据库中修改，MD5加密。

警告：该程序有很多功能是仅用于PHP7的，比如数据库测试和安装程序，不保证此程序能在PHP5环境下稳定运行！
已知BUG：后台可能无法登录（不影响使用）
