The link to a wiki page added on a text isn't working in Print Preview

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a new diagram
2. Add a text shape
3. Add some text
4. Select it and from the right Text panel click on "Link..." (under Insert)
5. Select a wiki page eg. Sandbox Test Page 2
6. Click on Apply
7. Click anywhere in the Diagram page
8. Click on File > Print > Preview
9. Click on the link

Expected results: The page is opened.

Actual results: When clicking on the link something is downloaded.
It appears that it doesn't open the target page because the link uses the page reference and not the actual page URL.

Environment: Windows 10, XWiki 11.3.6 Standard, Chrome 78, Diagram Application (Pro) 1.11
