ETA on 2.10 release?

Hello,

I saw in the README that 2.10 is mentioned as the latest version, but the release it not yet live on MavenCentral. It looks like 2.10 supports JDK 10 (which I'm very excited about). Is there an ETA on pushing the release?

Are there any open issues which would block the current master from being released as Version 2.10? Otherwise an official release would be great, as migration to Java 11 is difficult otherwise.
