Usage Example:

• BLOSUM62 is downloaded from: ftp://ftp.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/blast/matrices/BLOSUM62
• hemoglobin.xlsx is generated by command perl blast-seed.pl BLOSUM62 11 MVL VLS LSP SPA PAD ADK DKT KTN | tsv-to-xlsx hemoglobin.xlsx, with assistance of tool "tsv"
