v0.9.92 — Screenshot Order Fix for Image Sync

• fix: gpc listings images sync --delete now preserves screenshot display order. Google Play has no reorder endpoint, so reconciling by content alone left partial updates out of order; the command now replaces a language and image type in filename order (1.png, 2.png, ...) when the order or content differs, and skips a set that is already correct.
• fix: --delete no longer removes image types you do not keep locally. A missing local folder for a type (for example your app icon) is left untouched on Google Play, while a present-but-empty folder still clears that type on purpose.

Performance

• perf: a language and image type is now cleared in a single API call instead of one delete per image, which helps you stay within the daily save quota on large multi-language syncs.

Tests: 2,503 across 7 packages, 90%+ line coverage.
