v0.9.95 — Flag Fixes & Profile Safety

What's Changed

• fix: options placed after a subcommand are no longer swallowed by same-named global options. gpc auth login --profile now creates the profile, gpc init --app uses the package name you pass, gpc install-skills --yes skips prompts, and gpc migrate fastlane --dry-run no longer writes files during a preview. (#103)
• fix: flags that never worked because of the same conflict have new names: reviews export --output-file, migrate fastlane --out-dir, status --desktop-notify, and generated-apks download / system-apks download --output-file. The two download commands previously failed on every run.
• fix: re-running auth login --profile <name> updates that profile's credentials in place and keeps its other settings, so key rotation is safe.
• fix: auth logout --profile <name> clears only that profile's credentials instead of deleting the whole profile, and the CLI can no longer be left pointing at a profile that does not exist.
• fix: doctor --fix no longer overwrites an existing config file that failed to load.
• fix: auth login --adc --profile returns a usage error instead of silently ignoring the profile.
• feat: status --watch now sends --desktop-notify desktop notifications on every poll cycle.
• docs: repaired the documentation site build and homepage links that returned 404.
